We have provided a form so you can submit a massage appointment request online. Please fill in all fields to aide us in fulfilling
your request. Your request will be confirmed by your prefered method of contact; please be sure your information is correct before
submitting your request. If an invalid number or email address is entered, we will attempt to respond by alternate means.

aide you in requesting an appointment day and time that is available; please check our Appointment Calendar BEFORE completing
and submitting your request.
All requests submitted will be answered during our normal business hours.
If we are unable
to fulfill your request as submitted, we will make every effort to schedule your appointment as closely to the request as possible.
Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings are our busiest times. It can be 3-4 weeks before we have an opening on a Saturday
(we are closed on Sundays). Evening appointments can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
