I bet you are wondering "Just what is a Fire Massage?" The Fire Massage is an integrative massage routine that combines deep tissue
massage, sports massage, active resistance stretching, Swedish Massage, neurolymphatic reflex massage and breath work. All of these
techniques are combined into one massage routine that works together to energize the circulatory and lymphatic systems. The Fire massage
will stimulate the blood flow to your muscles and tissues to help promote healing, and improve muscle function and range of motion.
It will help rejuvenate and revitalize your entire body. This exceptional massage routine will help to increase your vitality and
activate a healing response within all the systems of your body.
This is a full body massage that will leave you feeling incredible
from the moment you get off the massage table. The massage takes approximately 75 minutes to complete. But may take longer
if we find some areas that need additional work. People who find themselves feeling lethargic will benefit greatly from this massage.
If you suffer chronic pain, the Fire Massage will help relax areas of tension that cause this pain. As with any massage, you can't
expect to be 100% better after just one massage; but you can expect to feel some immediate relief after receiving this massage.
The
Fire Massage is best received (as is any massage) fully unclothed, and with a towel for draping. Due to the nature and flow of this
routine, the towel draping allows for the therapist to perform all the techniques involved with minimal time wasted adjusting the
drape. It is our policy to use the draping techniques of your choice with any and all massages at Chattanooga Massage & Bodyworks.
If you prefer the standard sheet be used, we will gladly provide you with your draping preference.
