The Ultimate 90™ massage service is a combination of a general relaxation massage and reflexology. The routine starts with a general
relaxation massage that will address muscle tension and stiffness. We use a variety of Swedish Massage techniques that will relax
your muscles and mind in a gentle soothing manner. After we have finished the massage, we then compliment the massage with a reflexology
session.
Reflexology is a great form of body work that has been around for thousands of years. Pressure is applied to points
on the feet that have nerve endings which correspond with different organs, glands, and other systems (such as the skeletal system)
in the body. When these nerve endings are freed from restrictions (such a uric acid crystals) the system related to each point is
free to function in a more proficient manner.
The Ultimate 90™ is a great way to be introduced to reflexology. You will get a
full body massage followed by a reflexology session. If done separately this would cost $105 at Chattanooga Massage & Bodyworks.

complete reflexology session. The reflexology session is a general session which will work all of the reflex points in the feet. You
