Groupon, Living Social, DoubleTakeDeals Voucher Policies

Before you purchase, or if you have purchased, a social media voucher from Groupon, Living Social, or DoubleTakeDeals for Chattanooga Massage & Bodyworks please read the following policies in their entirety. This information is pertinent to your special offers and the scheduling of your appointments.

• Do not wait until the voucher is near its promotional expiration date to schedule your appointment. Chances are, about 100 others have waited, or “forgotten” about their purchase.
• We can only accommodate so many appointments per day.
• We set aside the number of appointments required to fill each voucher purchased during the time the voucher promotional value is active.
• If you wait until the last-minute to schedule your social media voucher we cannot guarantee you will receive an appointment for the vouchers promotional value.
• If your voucher has an “amount paid” clause, the amount paid can be used after the promotional expiration towards any regularly priced services. The “amount paid” cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts, or coupons according to the rules printed on the voucher.
• If the voucher does not have an “amount paid” clause, and the voucher has expired, that voucher cannot be used.
• All of the Chattanooga Massage & Bodyworks Office Policies apply to social media vouchers. If you make an appointment, and fail to show for that appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your social media voucher will be considered as payment for the appointment time that was scheduled; rendering the voucher invalid for any future appointments. If limitations written on the voucher stipulate a policy of “paying the balance” for missed appointments, you will be afforded the opportunity to schedule another appointment; with the stipulation the you will pay the remaining balance of the original service price before the discount. This is in place because we cannot double book appointments The appointment you fail to show up for, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, cannot be filled. Leaving another client unable to get a massage and leaving the massage therapist unpaid. Please read our Massage Etiquette – Appointments for detailed information.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of social media vouchers used for appointments per day. We do not schedule any social media voucher appointments on Thursdays. Thursday is reserved for our Ladies Day Special appointments only.

Chattanooga Massage & Bodyworks welcomes all of our social media voucher purchases and want you to come experience the great massage services we offer. We have made every attempt to offer a fair policy regarding the use of social media vouchers, and to make our policies available to you; prior to purchasing your voucher. We must stringently adhere to our policies in an attempt to schedule everyone.
